Seasonal events
Meaningful summer events

Summer events with indoor and outdoor team development methods.

Teams need a sense of community and trust whether they work in the same office or from across the world. Especially in remote teams, leading the process of bonding is crucial and must be done mindfully. Creating possibilities to connect and bond helps keep the team strong and thriving. Celebrating results and analysing challenges binds the team together. Setting common goals and visions for the future allows to dream and plan. Fun and engaging challenges with a twist are just the way to top it all off with true team spirit!

Everybody wants to be outside in the summer, either to improve collaboration skills or simply do something fun together. As a member of the Catalyst Global Teambuilding Network, we have access to the award-winning Go Team app. It allows us to run high-quality team development events both online and in any town or village. Or in several places at the same time. Nobody has to stay indoors with Go Team – unless they want to! The events can be tailored especially for your team. And if screen fatigue is running rampant in your team, disconnect from devices and connect with each other while building something together, playing a board game or testing your strategic thinking and fitness!
