Teams are our priority for a few reasons. In teams, we can work with individuals without the usual vacuum – whatever the topic, we can address it directly both on an individual level as well as within the dynamics of a team. Also, using the concept of non-formal education or training, groups are the usual setting to allow the best outcome. Finally, having run the Catalyst Teambuilding branch in Estonia for 3 years, we have seen an incredible change in teams using the engaging Catalyst methods. This is why we are keeping them in our EnterTraining toolbox as well.
