There is something magical about bringing people together in a non-formal setting. The combination of fun, entertainment, growth, and development really works! True engagement can inspire teams to entirely redefine their cooperation practices and reach new levels of collaboration. At EnterTraining, we build on the knowledge and experience of a global network and a strong local training background to create unique experiences. From short conference energisers to full training days that  fit the aims of each of our clients.

EnterTraining is the proud owner of the brand “Catalyst Estonia - excellence in team building”

Our team building methods can be used as stand-alone sessions to improve team spirit, or focus on a unique challenge. We offer a variety of services from short energiser and networking breaks at conferences to 2-day training events to tackle various topics. We can help bring any event alive through high engagement of participants.

Why EnterTraining?

The concept of EnterTraining combines the high engagement of entertainment with the high content value of training events. This allow us to create development environments that foster lasting growth. We use the entertraining approach to help our clients achieve their development goals.

Our focus

Here, in EnterTraining, our focus is on development. On one hand, we are personally developing through reading great books and studies; attending trainings, seminars and webinars; conversing with fascinating people, and challenging ourselves with difficult tasks. On the other hand, we work with teams all over the country and further, fostering the change they want to see.

Our Priority: Teams

Teams are our priority for a few reasons. In teams, we can work with individuals without the usual vacuum – whatever the topic. We can address it directly on an individual level or within the dynamics of a team. Also, using the concept of non-formal education or training, groups are the usual setting to allow the best outcome. Finally, having run the Catalyst Teambuilding branch in Estonia for 3 years, we have seen an incredible change in teams using the engaging Catalyst methods. This is why we are keeping them in our EnterTraining toolbox as well.

What are the topics we work with?
  • Cooperation and collaboration

  • Goal setting

  • Focus management

  • Self management

  • Meeting and event design

  • Motivation

  • Remote collaboration

  • And more!

The need comes from you, the solution is designed to fit that need. We practice what we preach so you can expect a collaborative process!

Why

So that more companies could reach their world altering visions by harnessing the power of collaboration and engaged minds!

How

By hacking our individual and collective brains through EnterTraining events!

What

We create engaging and exciting team development events that bring lasting positive results!

MEET THE TEAM

Ari Peltomäki

Event Setup and Preparation

Our main event setup and preparation person Ari Peltomäki has worked for our Finnish partners running similar events for over 7 years. With this experience, we can combine the team building approach with the training approach and build unique experiences for each of our clients.

Ari’s main role in EnterTraining is to be the tech wizard and make sure every event runs smoothly. This is especially important during online and hybrid events, but we are lucky to have him around for in person events as well.

For events in English, Ari often takes on the role of facilitator. As for Finnish events, he is our go to moderator as it is, after all, his mother tongue.

Tiina-Katrina Kaber

Founder and Chief EnterTraining Officer

Our Founder and Chief EnterTraining Officer Tiina-Katrina has been active in the training field since 2002 working with various groups: students, teachers and teams from the private, public and non-profit sectors. This background has prepared her for both the planning and executing of events at the highest levels of engagement.

Due to her early work in the youth training field, Tiina-Katrina is a strong believer in never taking the attention of the audience for granted. Hence, we are always creating experiences that bring possibilities for true engagement and behavioural change.

A big book worm and development addict, Tiina-Katrina has in-depth knowledge about the topics she teaches and tackles with different groups. But the stars of her events are always the participants who get to shine, grow and learn from each other throughout the training or other events.

Paula Barrio Lopez

Intern

Paula has been an invaluable member of the EnterTraining team since the spring of 2020 when we joined a program to offer topical internships to event studies students from University of Westminster in London. While writing her Master’s thesis on immersive art exhibitions, Paula is working hard on upgrading the EnterTraining.ee website with fancy new visuals and user friendly approaches. If you like what you see, Paula is the one to thank!

Paula has been incredible in taking this unique combination of aspirations and experiences of EnterTraining and turning these into wonderful visuals. All the stylish visuals on entertraining.ee are her creation. So feast your eyes and let us know what you like most!
