Teams are divided into breakout groups. They download their team’s virtual canvases. Teams start by taking a ‘virtual grand tour’ through the leading museums in the world, answering art-related quiz questions along the way. Any missing information, they will need to request information from other teams. They then set about to paint their segments of the Big Picture. Once complete, teams save and submit their images. The paintings are compiled to create a collective work of art. ibuild - hybrid teams
ibuild - hybrid teams

Ignite team communication wherever you are.

  • Communication

  • Cross Functional Cooperation

  • Negotiation Skills

  • Decision Making

how it works

In iBuild, the end goal is to pass information through a communication chain to create a replica of a model, without seeing it! Each team has a remote player, the Architect who connects to the team through their digital device. The information flows from ‘Architects’, passing to ‘Couriers’ and finally to the ‘Builders’. Fun communication barriers, a strict project deadline and last-minute role switch ruling all add to the pressure in producing an accurate result. Each participant plays a vital role in the success of their team.

learning outcomes

iBuild is a unifying experience with strong outcomes focusing on the importance of language, feedback and creating a step by step project strategy. iBuild allows participants to explore different ways of communication: virtual, face to face, verbal and non-verbal. The artificial barriers in the game not only offer a chance to have fun; they also emphasise fundamental principles in exchanging information. The learning outcomes are not limited to improving internal communication and adjusting to the new ways of working; they can also be reflective of best practice in customer relationship management.

Picture Perfect
Picture Perfect

It’s not the picture that counts, it’s the people in it!

  • Team Bonding

  • Problem Solving

  • Communication

  • Energy & Focus

how it works

Picture Perfect is a fun remote team building activity in which participants race to recreate a wide variety of photographs in their own home using only the costumes and props they have available to them. The end results are often hilarious if not, in fact, Picture Perfect.

Delegates are split into teams. Each team is given the same task, to recreate as many of the photos we give them in the allotted time. Points are scored for every photo recreated, no matter how “picture perfect” it is. Teams also score points for their creativity, their sense of humour and their attention to detail. During our finale screening, individuals will vote for their favourite photo and the winning team will be announced. Prizes can be arranged at your request.

learning outcomes

Picture Perfect is a collaborative team experience that encourages delegates to work as a team, to help each other with ideas and solutions. They must get creative and utilise the tools at their disposal in the most creative way possible. Delegates will need access to Zoom or similar and an internet connection.

  • Competitive Advantage

  • Engagement

  • Collaborative

  • Brand Awareness

how it works

On arrival at the conference, each delegate has their photograph taken against a range of coloured backgrounds. During the conference all the imagery is processed on our computer system to create a spectacular closing programme that stars the delegates themselves. To a dramatic music track they start to see images of themselves on the big screen. First we see a fast moving sequence of individual faces, then a montage of four faces, then sixteen, then sixty-four. As our view pans back, and the pace quickens, we see more and more faces until there are simply too many to count. The camera view moves back further until we see that the images, now multiplied many times over, have together created the company logo or conference theme message.

learning outcomes

In the Picture is a spectacular three-minute conference climax that celebrates what makes your company special and recognises the contribution your people make to its success. In the Picture reinforces to individuals that they have a role to play in the company. It emphasises that each individual matters and that together the individuals make up the company culture and are a living representation of the brand.

Teams complete festive themed challenges to earn carrots that keep their reindeer flying. The Elves can see the challenges but can’t input the answers. The Santas  can input answers and take photos but don’t know the challenges until guided by the Elves. A bonus  crate of carrots awaits the team who delivers the ideal set of toys. A countdown clock on each of the six continent stages maintains the pace. Final scores can be converted to support  a selected charity.
