In the abundance of seminars, articles and other content, we are focused on creating experiences that bring forth the knowledge of the team. This can then be used as a building block to add discoveries of the new experience and link to information and ideas heard elsewhere, from other participants, or from the facilitator.
Our main role is to create a safe environment for your team to grow. EnterTraining events are based on insights from neuroscience, sociology, psychology and other behavioural sciences.

Our workshops
The 1 to 4 hour sessions fit perfectly into seminars, conferences, strategy days and summer events where teams are brought together. Considering the aim of the event, the location and size of the group (which can be anything from 5 to 5000), we can pick methods that create the desired outcomes of unifying a team, working together for the same goal etc.
