DESCRIPTION

Each participant receives a worksheet with 3 questions about their personal and professional areas of activity, strengths, and development goals. Participants reflect on the questions and then discuss their answers in small groups. Participants also write down the next steps that will help them learn from colleagues or explore their experiences more closely. Group formation and conversation length are flexible to support different types of communicators.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Networth guides participants to articulate and share their strengths and development goals with others in order to get to know each other better. The aim of the exercise is to raise the quality of relationship-building by finding shared interests and opportunities to learn from one another. Engaging conversations help create closer bonds with colleagues. This approach also fosters the development of a self-learning organizational culture and the sharing of knowledge and experiences among team members.
